Transforming measuring Diversity performance: Financial Times’ annual list of Diversity Leaders strengthened by quantifiable and standardized DEI data and scores provided by Denominator

In a dynamic world of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI), Denominator is excited to announce its recognition as a data provider in Financial Times’ annual list of Diversity Leaders 2024! By combining Statista’s extensive perception-based data with fact-based data from Denominator, the FT ranking is changing the way DEI is understood and measured.

Across sectors, the annual list recognizes 850 businesses in Europe on selected dimensions of DEI including gender, age, ethnicity, disability, and sexual orientation and has previously been based on survey data only. Employee’s perceptions of the company they work for are highly important, and Denominator is proud of elevating the methodology by bringing quantifiable and standardized data into the equation.

This acknowledgment not only celebrates Denominator’s commitment to bringing transparency to DEI but also highlights and the importance of sound methodology when measuring DEI performance.
